while i was registering i found a preminum thingy with credit card?
what is that for?

Erm, I presume you're talking about the subscription fee? Like many MMOs, City of Heroes has a monthly fee.

It comes with a month's subscription, but you need a credit card or a game time card to activate it.  So, first two months for one.
