Just had some roasted veggies (mushrooms, bell peppers, artichokes), scalloped potatoes, and a jalapeño pepper stuffed with cheese to top it all off.

Sword

Lucky Devil.

I'm making my "Mcguffin" Pizza Muffins.

GhostMachine

Kielbasa sausage with sauerkraut, scalloped potatoes and garlic bread. I stirred some black pepper and garlic powder into the sausage and kraut while it was cooking.

Lunarman

Hmm, just had raisen wheats for breakfast.
Last night was baked potatoes, cajun chicken, leftover pork, tomatos and salad.

A  'finishing off' dinner

UnfluffyBunny

a chocolate biscuit, a packet of crisps, half a glass of pepsi and a whole load of "crap i'm late for work" :P

Glitch Girl

Last night I improvised a dinner: chicken browned with a little white pepper, garlic powder, a splash of cooking wine, the last of the greenonions and a handfull of portabellos, then simmered in some Campbells Golden Mushroom soup and served it over egg noodles.  Didn't turn out half bad.  :)

The Hitman

Beer- battered fish sandwiches with American cheese on toasted wheat bread. Mmmmm... tasty.

Epimethee

Pastas pesto (remasterised Ép. version involving asparaguses, cream, chicken broth, garlic flower, hot pepper oil, etc. along the dried tomatoes, fresh basilic, lemon zest, olive oil, parmigiana and pine nut) and vinho verde. There are times when life is good indeed.

It's my brother's stag night so it's steaks and 10 kinds of alcohol. It kinda sucks since I'm vegetarian, but that just means more room for beer

The Pwime

Ravioli for dinner, and a burger from Harveys for lunch...which pretty much completely defeats the purpose of my cycling all day...

oh well...i'm going to go get some cookies and milk, right now

if that is improvised then i'd love to see what it'd come out like with some effort.  It sounds delicious.  This thread is making me hungry

Oh effort equals upsidedown fettucini  (two layers: one of beef, tomatoes, onions and celery, one of mozzarella, fettucini noodles, egg, and parmesan all cooked up in a wide pan, inverted, and serced like a pie) or my own recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu (I use swiss cheese, prosciutto ham, a touch of mustard powder, and itallian bread crumbs).  :D  those take an hour or two to make, so they don't get made often.

Deaths Jester

The same thing I normally have for breakfast, lunch and dinner....a bottle of alcohol....this time around it's vodka....who woulda guessed?

I'd copies of those recipes delivered to me at Dragon Con, dear.  PLEASE!!  Mostly because I love Chicken Cordon Bleu

Uncle Yuan

Take out ribs, beans and cornbread from the local BBQ place . . . mmmmmm

JeyNyce

Just had some Chinese food.  Lo Mein & Wonton Soup.

SouperIan

Chilli cheese and crisps on toast - make cheese on toast, put crisps on it, fold in half. Eat. Prepare for impending heart attack.

Just had a late dinner of my own version of a vegetable picadillo (diced portobello mushrooms, pontiac  potatoes, peas, red, yellow, and orange peppers sauteed in olive oil, caramelized onions, and garlic) and a side of fried rice. Yummers.
