White mission terrain

I just reinstalled  :ffvstr: and I was starting a new campaign, everything goes fine till the actually shows up on the screen, and all the terrain and character models are white. It shows the charater direction pointer, the objective pointer, the character box (Where it shows what character your playing as) and it responds when you give orders and move people around, but every else is white. Any ideas?
