As noted in FF discussion, I am passing along a link on behalf of some members who don't want to be known until the curtain is pulled all the way back. They've been working on this and want to give people a chance to speculate on it before the reveal.

Check it out at http://new.begining2007.googlepages.com/home. Any guesses as to who is behind it?

(I am passing along the announcement, but I haven't seen more than you have.)

Freedom Asylum?

It's definitely not F-A. That site should be fully gone by the end of this month, iirc. Or will it?!

*disappears in a puff of...question marks*

Mr. Magorium's Wonder Siteporium

i got nothing

You simply MUST stop using "F-A" to signify "Freedom-Asylum."  I always misinterpret it on the first read through...

(Cross-posting here again.)

I have been sent a link to another clue. Check out http://foxanddog0.googlepages.com/home

There have been some interesting guesses here. Maybe this will narrow things down...

(And, as someone suggested, I don't know what the final site holds either.)

These letters are standing out (wwlkxryw) what does it mean?
I think it has to do with either Ink or Unfluffy

Outcast

Robin (Burt Ward): Holy clues and riddles! Batman! Another riddle. It feels like were up against the Riddler here.

Batman (Adam West): True old chum. Remember Robin, in every problem there is always a solution.

Robin: Gosh, yes, Batman, I forgot.

Robin: [about Stumpy's avatar] Gosh, Batman, those look like honest eyes.

Batman: Never trust the old chestnut, 'Crooks have beady little eyes'. It's false.

Robin: Gosh yes, I guess that's true. Sorry, Batman.

Batman: Experience teaches slowly, Robin. And at a cost of many mistakes

Robin: Gosh, if I could just figure out that riddle. Why can't I get it?

Batman: Maybe your mind's on that cute little teenager who waved to you on the way across town, eh?

Robin: Awww, come on, Batman.

Robin: You know something, Batman? I think Style's unto something. Those letters do stand out.

Batman: A sound observation, Robin.

Robin: To the batcave?

Batman: Good thinking, Robin.

and off they go to the batcave. :P

UnfluffyBunny

Came up with the same code.  But I am equally perplexed.   Hmmmmmm...

ow_tiobe_sb

Just for fun, I prepared the following red herring:

[spoiler]I took as a general assumption that the three w's in the code were a URL prefix (i.e., "www") and worked with the remaining letters (assuming their order was also jumbled) to record all 120 possible permutations:

Quote from: Zounds!lkxry lkxyr lkrxy lkryx lkyxr lkyrx lxkry lxkyr lxrky lxryk lxykr lxyrk lrkxy lrkyx lrxky lrxyk lrykx lryxk lykxr lykrx lyxkr lyxrk lyrkx lyrxk klxry klxyr klrxy klryx klyxr klyrx kxlry kxlyr kxrly kxryl kxylr kxyrl krlxy krlyx krxly krxyl krylx kryxl kylxr kylrx kyxlr kyxrl kyrlx kyrxl xlkry xlkyr xlrky xlryk xlykr xlyrk xklry xklyr xkrly xkryl xkylr xkyrl xrlky xrlyk xrkly xrkyl xrylk xrykl xylkr xylrk xyklr xykrl xyrlk xyrkl rlkxy rlkyx rlxky rlxyk rlykx rlyxk rklxy rklyx rkxly rkxyl rkylx rkyxl rxlky rxlyk rxkly rxkyl rxylk rxykl rylkx rylxk ryklx rykxl ryxlk ryxkl ylkxr ylkrx ylxkr ylxrk ylrkx ylrxk yklxr yklrx ykxlr ykxrl ykrlx ykrxl yxlkr yxlrk yxklr yxkrl yxrlk yxrkl yrlkx yrlxk yrklx yrkxl yrxlk yrxkl

Those of you with an hour to waste pointlessly might want to try out these combinations as URLs with the .com or .net suffixes.

Having abandoned this red herring, my current ridiculous hypothesis is that the letters in the code have had vowels removed.  The replacement of those vowels would yield a further clue.  For instance, "w[e] w[a]lk x[-]r[a]y ... etc.," which is clearly not at all helpful. :P
