I can't remember where I read it, but in an interview, one of the developers (or maybe it was Tom Brevoort) said that Secret Wars was one of the major influences on the game plot (mixed in with some of the more recent Civil War stuff). Looks like Zulu's memory served him correctly. Not Secret Wars...but Secret War...from 2004 (consider it a prequel to New Avengers). Um, it's slated to be released in 2009 for Wii, PS3, Xbox360, and NDS; so, PS2 and its generation are finally dropped. There're rumors going around that Cable, Bishop, and Nick Fury (obviously) are in the game.

Heres a question what kind of PC will it take to play this puppy? or wont there be a pc version.

I do not believe that there has been an announcement for PC, only for the various consoles.

Well, I do think it'll be out on PC. I mean, XML2 and MUA were. I havent seen any official announcements about gaming systems though, so I guess this will be fully cleared up when they put up an official site. Remember, it was originally said to be on ps2 by many sites.

Looks interesting.

When I saw that footage of the Hulk using the fastball special with Wolverine, I actually though they were fighting each other and Wolverine got thrown, because Hulk projected him so rudely.

The graphics don't look very good, in my opinion. They don't look bad, but are not what I'd expect from a seventh generation video game. I hope the gameplay makes up to it.

In the Game Informer article, it was mentioned that the characters are being designed to look as they might if they where in a live action movie. I do however really like what they did with Thor in the classic costume.

Has anyone heard or seen anything new from MUA Fusion? I am dying to see Thor in action but there doesn't seem to be any new information on the net. It's like Fusion is being developed in Area 51. I want more pics/videos.

this game is supposedly going to be released in the first quarter of 2009, but so far the only thing I've seen is the reveal trailer. Can't find any screen shots or anything. Either they REALLY want to keep things secret, or something's wrong.
