From Fox Comics' Fantastic Comics comes The Black Fury and his sidekick Chuck.

Yes, I said HIS. This isn't the woman in the skin-tight cat suit (Miss Fury, originally), it is a guy (who bears a strong resemblance to a certain comic book reporter) and a kid who dress up in costumes hauntingly similar to those of The Black Terror and Tim. Oooo... Chuck, Tim... names to chill the heart. If Bucky was the first kid crimefighter to use his name (despite it being his nickname) for his hero identity, he has a lot to answer for.

Anyway, check it out; no collection of obscure golden age heroes can be complete without them.
