Ultimate DC concept art request

well what started as a comic based jla campain morphed into a timmverse, but  I then started to take so many liberties with the continuity that I decided to place the mod in its own world.  my storyline finally is mapped out from beginning to end and I've started to script the first mish. Now for my request I was hoping that you talented guys out there would be willing design (plz keep in mind I'll be skoping these for ff)  some ult dc character so I can request the skins . I'll update the list periodically

characters that I could currently use

Batman- more hitech than classic bats   
            has a weapon/gadget/gauntlet -maybe

Wonder woman
       
Catwoman - uses stolen bat tech

Green Lantern Core - my version is little more military. the lanterns have ranks
                             Hal and John wear the same uniform because there rookies
                             Alan Scott is a general on Oa, Sinestro and Kilowag are commanding officers

toyman- video game fanboy who watched the matrix way too many times

Aquaman- just a guy  who finds out he's the heir to an undersea kingdom

Orn
Zod- and his kryptonian allies
Ras a ghul
taila


any help would be appreciated

I've got an idea for Aquaman if I could maybe take a stab at it..
No way I'd be able to get to it until the end of the week though. (mid-terms week, you see) But I go home for spring break on Thursday and I'll have plenty of time then.

I love the GL idea.

Not a fan of Batman.  I tried to write a convincing hi-tech Batman thing once.  I couldn't keep it plausible and interesting.  Have you tried the other route?  Maybe Ultimate Bats could be lower-tech; no mansion, cave, or car?

gameplay wise a low tech batman wouldnt be fun. and without the tech and resources its harder to really explain why my league would need him. ( and if bruce wasn't rich he probably would never trained all over the world)

Keep in mind that these characters are being made to fit freedom force
