Long story short, I've been trying to get a Wonder woman character, but something keeps messing up.  Either the skin or the keyframes don't translate right, so I've either gotten a great looking statue, or a moving black and white thing.  What am I doing wrong?

The first problem is a missing keyframe problem, the second is a skin issue.
