Maybe these characters don't belong with a bunch of obscure heroes, but they aren't mainstream.

First up, we have Captain Action. Since the original concept of this character is that he can become any hero, give him shapeshift, load on the heroes, and have fun! Or, if you prefer the DC version, give him the powers of some Greek, Roman, or Norse myths-either way, it's up to you! Comes complete with TV mesh and keyframes.
