Speaking of who knows who meant what, I do hope you know that I knew when I said what I said, what it was I was saying.  My words were not chosen randomly back there.  Maybe you weren't to know; it was an uncharacteristic foray into subtlety for me (which may be where the doubt arose) and, after all, nobody's perfect.
