I'm unsure of which to pick...mainly becuae the one on the left needs a bit more defined shadows to it and the one on the right needs a bit more highlighting to even out the shadows a bit.  I say go with the right one and add touchup the highlights, mate.

I find it extremely amazing the way you work. I have a tablet pc and I still use my old laptop for all FF related work.

unko / tomato: yep, using a tablet, so much easier, tho using a mouse generally ends up neater, it has less of a hand made feel to me.

DJ: i'll probably finish up the rest of the skin and do a once over for extra highlights and shadows as needed to balance everything out :)

AA: my method is simple and probably takes less skill than all your skins :P

not a skin but i want to keep threads to a minimum :P
a bout of insomnia, looking for oppinions on proportions, hopefully the character should be recognisable, I need to clean up alot of the tri's, just shaping it out before I lower the poly count.

going away for a large part of this weekend so getting some work in while I can, gotto reshape the body some more, then it's mostly the jacket pieces and then rigging it all up.
working in hexagon so I can take it into max all premapped (gotto remap the hands, feet, waist to include the belt and obviously the head)


(currently unsure why, but images are being tempermental for me showing up in this post and my last, tho my earlier images are showing up fine to me... oddness)

   That Modok is Just awesome, as for the other one, I'm not familiar with the character, but I rally like how the face turned out. An awesome sculpt.

I am extremely happy to see Allen the Alien  :D Fantastic looking character from a great comic series.

Is he going to be the current Allen (pumped up) or the original Allen?

slow slow updates, lol, first time back at my pc since I last posted.
'm collecting by TPB so I havent seen past volume 8, so I havent seen pumped up allen (tho the build on this mesh currently is too big for normal allen, i'll back it up tho just incase I need it to do "pumped up allen" in the future :P)
