Adding themes

I've down loaded a theme for my new Vista powered comp (still on the steep slope of the learning curve there!)

Any thoughts on how I actually use it?  Using the theme screen I browsed to where I saved the file, but there is no executable file in that folder.  I suspect its a file extension issue.  Has anyone ever done this?
