Does anyone know if I need a special standard skin for the my_Storm_skope and my_Wolverine_scope meshes? I dropped several skins into each but they don't show up right in the Character Tool. I know there's one for Cyclops, but I'm not sure about the other two.

Any thoughts are sincerely appreciated.

There are all kinds of alpha-extras to make up the various pieces of her different costumes.  You will need to alpha out the parts you don't need.  Same with her hair, I think there are 3 different hairs.  Same applies to the Wolverine mesh.  There are, I think, 3 different bodies.

my recomendation is copy the standard that came with the skope (wireframes) and then in the standard make sure you put files that have all the alphas disabled... that way is easier to install new skins (for examples those that came with the cyclops skope, just rename them and you are ready to go)

I think that is problem, not everyone knows how to make things alpha enabled.

the ideal solution is to include a standard skin that is completely alpha enabled. Then any skinners using it simply use whichever tgas they need for the character they are skinning.

that won't solve it. the real issue is that each set of skins is for a different costume. so make a standard skin - ok sure, for which costume/version of the character?

with skopes like this its extremely confusing to figure out which set of textures is for which costume... then u need to rename any skins you have (which you think may be mapped properly to work with this skope) to meet the new texture's naming convention.

in actuality most of the skins out there should work but extras will probably be mapped out to differently named tgas then where they were initially so just renaming texture files may not even be enough. it may be required to cut and paste parts to newly created and properly named tgas. and in a worst case scenario there may be a need to make completely fresh skins for this skope.

It does solve it in terms of skins created FOR the skope. Such as Courts recent releases.
older skins will always be a problem.

My classic Polaris from C6 still has pink shoulders  :P.

hi! i'm sorry answering so late, its true, to create or use all my_aio you need to know how to alpha enable skins, that why i recomend my aio to new skiners and meshers, like part of theirs jobs.

now i'm on hollidays, when i returned to my home i'll try to re-uppload all them adding an hidden standard skin, i think it will help all of us!

If you think you have another solution (i added wireframes thinking it could be easy to know each part where) please make me know.
