Skope problems

So I downloaded Miguelyank's skope of Cyclops so that I could put the Classic X-men 3 skin pack skin on it, and for some reason its not working. When I try to bring it up in Character Tool, it says it cannot locate the fallback nif thing.

What is this? Am I doing something wrong, or missing something? How can I fix this?

There are some other meshes that Ive had this problem with too.
