cable's telekinesis/telepathy

im kind of lost on this part of him, i want to make the hero file as accurate as possible, but a lot of what i've read says he has vast psionic powers, and i can't picture this guy TKing huge objects all over the map or blasting enemies with powerful mental attacks of all kinds.

i pictured the definitive version of cable as using melee and guns, and then having one or two psionic powers, nothing major. i really dont want to give him either one of the telekinetic attributes, so if some1 can argue against, please do ^_^

Cable has very strong teke/tp powers like his "mother"...but he mostly used it to hold back the techno virus. So, you won't ever see him running around abusing those powers. As of now, he doesn't have access to TP at all and his TK is weakened, iirc. He just recently began to duplicate his powers (see X-men 188-191), but he still doesn't abuse them. In his current series, all he does is run around and use weapons. So there you go, he's a weapon abuser. Not really a power user.

yeah Cable's powers were unavailable to him at full power for most of his career. During the first year of Cable and Deadpool he had full access and was powerful enough to go head to head against the Silver Surfer, but after that fight he lost his powers and used mechanical means to recreate them. Those are lost to him now so he's down to minor TK.

thanx for info on this, i've read very few comics, so i have 2 get info from the internet. i always remembered every video game or cartoon he was in seemed to make no mention of him having any powers.
