PlayNC's Customer Service Rocks!

I just wanted to share with all of you my experience with PlayNC's customer service. I noticed on my bank statement that I was being billed for game time that I wasn't aware of. Naturally I freaked out, because $30 for two months is a lot of money when you aren't even playing the game. I was billed for both 7/23 - 8/23 and most recently 8/23 - 9/23. I called and spoke with a representative named Joe, who was really nice. He could see that I hadn't logged on since some time in mid July, so he proceeded to put my refund through.

The best part? "Yeah, we can refund that no problem. After all, we aren't BLIZZARD.."

Lawlz! So yeah, it seems like these people are pretty cool. Good to know. :cool:
