i've started pen and paper table top rpging again.  and mourn my lack of gamers.  they have all gone to different parts of the country, or sucked into mmorpg.
i have managed to get my wife and one friend back in.  and we are having fun.
i know i could find strangers to game with, but that's no fun for me, to meet someone and have them pretend to be someone different.
and then i thought of you ppl.  i've known you for years now!  and you are any and all welcome to my game.
right now, we are playing Scion, which is a modern day world of darkness, everyone is a child of a myth figure.  'american gods' by neil gaimen as reference, very superhero feel to it.
we play every saturday, usually from around 5pm to 10 or 11 at the latest.
so, if you find yourself in san diego give me a pm, and we'll set it up!

Sounds like fun!  I just got involved with a game we're calling "Concerned Citizens."  Think the conspiracy tone of "X-Files" plus the urban fantasy of "Dresden Files."

You might try posting on RPG.net - a huge RPG gaming forum.  I've had some success hooking up with games through them in the past.
