I had been playing "Fable:The Last Chapter" on the PC for quite a while, but now I am looking for something new. Does anyone know of a game that is a RPG type game that does NOT need to be played online? I had heard good things about "World Of Warcraft", but can't do the online gaming thing. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

-Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
-Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords
-Neverwinter Nights and all its expansion packs
-Neverwinter Nights 2 and all its expansion packs

and while I haven't played it myself, I've heard nothing but good things and really want to pick up a game called The Witcher.

ahhh the Witcher...what a great game. I absolutely loved it and had to buy "The Last Wish" and read it in a single night. If you do get it make sure to pick up the enhanced edition.

I also heard the witcher is coming out in an improved edition with less bugs and loading screens, so I recomend looking into that.

Vampire: Bloodlines is really buggy but for $10 it is one of the best adult rpg's ever...

Also you can probably get Oblivion for cheap (speaking of buggy) and then Fallout 3 in a week or two.

If you liked Fable, you might like Jade Empire.

Everyone will like Jade Empire no matter what other games they like.

Jade Empire cures cancer and brings your divorced parents back together.

Jade Empire is a small god in a box.

It's... it's really quite good.

I'll second Jade Empire. Completely forgot that game came to PC after it was out for so long on the Xbox. Pretty much any RPG by Bioware is a great choice. So I also highly recommend Mass Effect, but I've heard it's one of those games with ridiculous security measures on it, requiring you to be connected to the internet at all times even though it's a single player RPG.

I had heard about Fable 2, but thought it was for X-Box or Playstation 3. I didn't realize one was being released for the PC, so I'll look into that. Also, I'll look into Jade Empire. Much appreciated everyone.
