In the skies of Metropolis, flies a man. On the rooftops of Gotham, roams a vigilante. In a press conference, a Martian is greeted by the president while an organization sheathed in the shadows of its dealings increases its hold on the world. This is Earth. This is reality. This is Ultimate DC.

League of Shadows: Batman



Batman: After catching word of Thomas and Martha Wayne's deaths, Ra's Al-Ghul capitalized on the situation. Al Ghul sent his top assassins to kill Bruce Wayne's legal guardian(Alfred Pennyworth) only to adopt Bruce as his own.

While nurturing Bruce's anger and instructing him in combat, Ra's uses the Wayne fortune and Waynetech to expand his criminal empire. As the years pass Bruce establishes himself as the world's greatest assassin and the heir apparent to Ra's criminal empire.

Topping the list of the Mossad's, CIA's, British Intelligence, and FBI's most wanted lists, Batman is considered the most dangerous criminal in the world. Not even the Justice League has had success in apprehending him despite their numerous encounters.

I like the backstory and the skin is sick. I like seeing this Batman without a cape.

The only minor issue I have with it is the spikes coming out of the side of his calves. The ones on his wrists make sense, as they can be used offensively and defensively, but not on the calves. That's such a minor nitpick on a really great design, though.

Dude!  That is over the top coolness!!!  This version of Bats has a really cool design.  I dig the gold fringe elements.  I like him without a cape just fine.  Reminds me alittle of Batman Beyond.  And I love the else world back story for this.  :cool: :cool: :cool: Well done!

The Tiger: Ben Turner was born in the warring streets of St. Johannesburg, South Africa. At age 8 he watched helplessly as a his mother was brutally robbed and stabbed to death on their way home from the food market. With overwhelming violence surrounding him as he grew, young Ben Turner began to build a resentment towards humanity. With that, he slowly started to become a product of his environment. Reckless, violent, and defiant at school, he was expelled at age 14.

He joined the local gang as a dealer to help his father with the bills. By 19 he had become the gang's leading enforcer with a body count longer then a phone book listing. Fellow gang members dubbed him The Tiger because of his viciousness and physical prowess.

In a coup of the South African drug ring, The Tiger takes control by snapping the neck of St. Johannesburg's kingpin. None stepped up to retaliate. Fear had overcome those who saw the event, and to those who had heard of it. South Africa belonged to The Tiger.

His actions snag the notice of criminal emperor, Ra's Al Ghul. Appreciating Turner's rise to power at a young age, Ra's views him as a potential protege and offers The Tiger a spot in his empire. Years of training and missions have many believing he is the best hand to hand combatant in the world. Not even the Batman has bested him in sparring sessions.

I saw this skin before, I made the skope for it, and I thought it was fantastic. You're Cyborg Superman skin is great Murs but I really think this one is even better.

And you've certainly overcome you're earlier colour issues.

Ohhhh... dang! These are rad. Seriously kick butt skins, and I love the backstories too. Definately cool, and I can't wait to see more of these designs.

The only thing I'd comment on normally would be the white highlights on orange, but... I think it actually really works with the tone of these skins. So, yeah, I'm pumped to see more.

And for the record... I like the leg spikes on Batman.

League of Shadows: The Red Hood



The Red Hood: Jason Todd was the undefeated champion of Gotham's illegal underground fight scene. A sport where the victor is claimed by killing your opponent with bare fists. His undefeated streak grabs the attention of The Tiger and he's offered a spot as muscle for Ra's Al Ghul. Jason slowly climbed up the ladder becoming the Tiger's prized pupil, and was inducted into the league's inner circle.

Once Ra's stepped down, Bruce sends him back to Gotham to oversee the League's interests in North America. To keep his identity secret, Jason adopts the moniker The Red Hood after the infamous Gotham bank robber.
