I recently loaded in FFX 3.3 on FFVTTR & noted some new content. I'm a little confused by some of the things I see, though. And perhaps it's not new & I'm just now noticing it. There's a character named Mistral, another named Estelle, & one named Abraxas. Estelle looks to be a variant of Alchemiss, but Mistral & Abraxas are the real mysteries. Abraxas isn't playable in any mod unless you choose him several times. However, if you choose Mistral, though he looks tame, I've seen that he has lots of crazy abilities & have even seen him turn INTO Abraxas. Is that the way he's supposed to behave? Is Abraxas in there as a character because that's what Mistral turns into? I was plenty confused when I loaded in FFX 3.3 & saw that. I also loaded FF Gold into the original FF & noted Abraxas is ALSO part of that update. Weird. He plays fine in FF, though, if you pick him just once. Haven't tried Mistral in FF, if he's even there. Don't remember. I appreciate any clarification on this.
er... this is a mod question, not an fx one, buddy. :P. Also, didn't you already have a thread on this? I recall you questioning it before. Abraxas COMES with FFX, and he and the other characters are documented in the actual manuals (http://ffx.freedomforceforever.com/manual/overview/samples.htm), as seen here, for example. I hope that helps.
Ugh, I am so sorry, sir. I hadn't gotten a concrete answer...but I also didn't notice that page on Dr. Mike's page for FFX 3.3, so thank you greatly for pointing me to it!
