Which AT's have access to Dual Pistols? Is the power progression any different from Masterminds?

Blasters and Corrupters and a primary, Defenders and a secondary
It's very different than the Masterminds.... and you should see the animations they are very slick.
The bullets have a secondary effect that can be changed. You can be shooting Cryo rounds and then switch to Toxic or Incindiary. Cryo has a slow, Toxic does Toxic DoT, Incindiary does fire DoT or you can leave them alone and just do normal bullet damage.
It really is a fun set. Didn't find it overpowered or under powered it came out of the box "just right". It's funny there were alot of people in Closed Beta testing it and a surprising lack of Nerdrage. Everyone pretty much loved it, though the original method of switching bullet types is undergoing some changes.
I think Eph decided he didn't like one of the animations in the set.... but he's far too pretty
Wait... the secondary effects are not separate powers? All of the DP attacks can do this effect swapping? On the fly?
That would be... totally awesome cool...
And I'm going to be totally wondering whether they can backport any of that secondary effect swapping to other powers that could maybe use it...
The effect swapping is a separate power. It's essentially a buff.

Okay, that makes more sense. Guess I'll find out more when/if I get on board with GR. Thanks!

No need to wait
The secondary effect is controlled by a toggle. The Toggle costs no end. You have three toggle buttons once you buy the Change Ammo power, one for chemical, one for cryo and one for fire. You just toggle the secondary you want to be using.
And yeah you can do it in combat. If nothing is toggled you just shoot regular bullets.

Ah so they changed it. The click power was kind of annoying.
