Meshers - Beyonder and Mink (Miink?) Don't think they're active anymore but added so many basic meshes back in the day used still today

Mesher/skinner - Tommyboy, of course!

Site - Skindex  - the main site in the beginning, where everyone went until Marvel shut it down. Its been so long but  I think the host also did a lot of skins as well.

ok. this is going to sound gratuitous, so i beg pardon right up front.
i nominate everyone. i think everyone that is in the game brings something to it. one single skin. posting and adding to the community. even lurking and only downloading content, they add to the hits. i appreciate every download i get.
i know, it's ridiculous, that would be a lot of pages.
my solution? if someone will make a list from the members list here, i will create a random generator that will pick one. we could randomly honor individuals one at a time until we get them all! only a little research or pm the individual to get their measure.
ok, i'm an idealist.

I don't know that we need a Hall of Fame as some official, complicated "thing". But it's always good to look back and remember the people who have contributed to the community. A few who I don't think have been mentioned yet:

Dark Jared and Gryphon - Two early, influential skinners...their base skins really set the style for FF skins.
Capt. Wigster - Wasn't he the first, or one of the first people to experiment with hex editing? That really opened up a ton of possibilities.
Dr. Mike - For "The Strangers", still the gold standard of FF mods, and FFX, which added so many new powers and abilities to the game.

very interesting concept.

otherwise, i second beyonder for the disgusting amount of meshes that he brought to the game.

also, i nomante daglob for the obsurity and quality of his skins.

100% behind JK's recommendations, plus Beyonder, Randy and M25. Mind you, there are plenty of other extremely worthy contributors.
