Title: Stretching Objects
Post by: BentonGrey on February 19, 2014, 03:52:59 AM
So, here's what I assume is a very simple question whose answer I've somehow managed to miss, but how do you stretch an item in Nifskope?  I know how I can make something bigger, move it around, or that type of thing, but how do I make it wider or taller, one or the other, rather than expanding it uniformly?

I don't know how to do it in nifskope since all I've ever seen is the option to do all three at once, but in Blender you can change them independently and its fairly simple. The stretched nifs might have been done in max since I assume the same holds there.

Right-click on the piece, and select Transform > Scale Vertices. That brings up a box that lets you change the x, y, and z scales individually.

Excellent, thanks!  That's exactly what I'm after. :D
