Not sure if anyone can help but in cm25 watch mode i have noticed some of the characters attacks do no damage.
Any ideas on what i can do about it ?

That's strange. I would recommend posting your script.log, which can be found in your main FF directory.
Do these attacks have the "Enemy only" attribute, perchance? (If this is the case, and if using multiple teams, they won't work on characters from the same base-FF side.)
