I don't know anything about what they do here, but I ask and ask if there is a certain franchise that I like or want and if I ask for something I don't necessarily expect them to do it but it seems like a lot to imperatively ask for so many characters, even many on your list are the same character with different transformations. I'm not saying that they are ugly or that you do it on purpose, but sometimes writing and translating the message can sound a bit dense.
