Capturing the same ninja from Jackie Chan's adventures, I obtained different results that came out very well textured although none of them looked 100% like the objective.
There are a total of 5 different models that seemed very acceptable to me, worthy of any ninja game.

The bodies turned out well, the heads not so much, although understanding that they are living zombie-type mummies, they don't look so bad. I would like to retexture the faces or put masks on the face part.

This is the form without armor, because they are very complex and in turn to use their movements they would need to have all the keyframes made especially, because they had specific movements to use the powers of their armor.
That complicates things too much, in the mummy way without becoming the use of armor they have the simple powers of being living mummies, that's why I thought of that mode.
I'm going to try to make the loose heads like the girl's for the other 3.
I could also give animation with AI to the static images of the busts to capture the animation model, with the giant monster it turned out quite good even with poor image quality.
I estimate that I will upload all this raw material in this thread and from now on if you want to use or give life to any of them it is more than grateful and I am happy.
I have the issue that it is impossible for me to put the skeleton on the models, although I tried many times to install the appropriate programs and follow steps.

By animating an image and capturing the head, I was able to obtain an acceptable model of the head of the protagonist of this much-forgotten movie.

Although his face is never seen in the original series, I had already seen this version of Doctor Claw hahaha. I wanted to try to do his henchmen, but they have a strange body to do. Maybe male_rotund would look like one of them. I also wanted to do Doctor Claw's car that I saw the other day in chapter 16.

use the image of the models that RD provided to make an AI animation and a screenshot of that video to capture the model came out good for the shoulders not the face/head, I'm going to try sectioning the head apart. Maybe these shoulders on the previous body would just lack a decent head modeling. has the texture already assigned to the object.

I took 3 screenshots of a cartoon head, this version came out better and with the hollowed out eyes, an internal red ball should be put on the head to fill those same holes.
You could put together a pretty decent Armor with these 3 parts:
