please help me with skins

I've just purchased Freedom Force vs the 3rd Reich and I'd like to install some new skins for my heroes, the thing is that I have no idea where to get them from and how to install them, can anybody help me please?

Well, a lot of people have skins lying around. There are a bunch of Yahoo groups that people link to in their signatures or release posts. You can also poke around Hero Force, Courtnall6's stuff at Renegade's Toybox, and the like. Also check for links on the sites themselves.

As for installing, you need to find the characters folder (data/art/custom/characters in the main directory). Find the mesh you want to put a skin in and just place a new file in the skins folder of the mesh. So if you're putting a Superman skin onto Hero_Cape, you put all the skin images into data/art/custom/characters/hero_cape/skins/superman.
