I never really bothered with her before, but now I'm curious about the extent of her powers (obviously before that ridiculous Scarlet Witch fiasco). So, the only things I have her armed with are a "blinding flare" with high blind/stun, "fireworks" with medium fire damage, and a pretty decent melee power similar to Liberty Lads double punch. Still...it seems pretty incomplete. Any takers?

Dark Phoenix: You once told Jean Grey that the greatest joy a teacher has is to be surpassed by his own pupil. Enjoy!
Professor Xavier: In the battlefield of the mind, my will shall prevail!
DP: Do you really think your puny mind is a match for mine? The conceit of you humans! The arrogance!

That's pretty much it. you could give her an area attack for each of these too. maybe a passive defense for distracting incoming melee attacks.  and she is supposed to have some degree of mental shielding too,  so maybe give her disciplined.

Previsionary

Remember, Jubilee should be pretty athletic as she is/was a gymnast and she used to skate moderately enough. She has mental control over her paffs/globules and has the ability to pull a gambit and ignite/charge objects. She can also lay "traps," so to speak, of globules that will explode on her command.

Other than that, her herofile isn't going to be all that expansive though her fireworks can really range in damage. Also, iirc, her "paffs" also can do concussive damage.

I give mine a high cost "grand finale" which is actually the way she often starts a fight. It is a regular blast that explodes into a bunch of other regular blasts and looks like an awesome fireworks display.

Otherwise yeah, she is a low damage character with plenty of blinding and stun. Kind of useful actually as part of a team.

Okay, great. Now, just a few minor questions:

1) Since the paffs follow her command, would you say 'homing' is appropriate?
2) Fire damage is kind of an obvious damage type, but I did hear of her globules capable of 'concussive'. Crushing? What about Energy?
3) I initially set her speed & agility stats to 5 to reflect her acrobatics. What attributes would go well with her?

Intensity

oooh! My favorite superhero!

Here are the stats I have for Jubilee (sorry they are a little late):

Strength- 3
Speed- 4
Agility- 5
Endurance- 3
Energy- 5

Attributes-
Hot Tempered (randomly uses higher damage powers. Jubilee's powers are more powerful when she is angry.)
Crack Shot (increased accuracy. Jubilee can shoot her plasmoids down the barrel of a gun or the muffler of a car.)

For powers-
Knockout- a standard punch or kick
latent telepathy- a passive shield against mental and mystical powers
Three different types of normal firework attacks- fire/heat, energy/concussive, and blinding. (Jubes controls what effect her powers have on enemies and objects.)
Mega Paf- a supercharged beam attack with high knockback
Molecular Detonation- a charge attack similar to Gambit's powers
Independance Day/Grand Finale- an area attack or more ranged spray/arc of fireworks

Remeber that Jubilee's powers are blinding and distracting at times. I usually set a random stun ability to her projectile attacks. Overall she is a pretty diverse and useful character to have on a team.
