Hello,

currently trying to run FF vs TTR on a new laptop with Vista. They problem i'm having is once i've installed it it says that it may not have installed properly. When I click to play it says "to install the application you must have administrator privileges on your computer". I am, however, the administrator and there is only my profile on here as it is a personal laptop.

Anybody have any ideas? I'm quite awful with computers so any help would be much appreciated. Really want to play through this awesome game again and perhaps download some other content!

Tomato

Did you install it to the default directory(c:\program files(x86)\Irrational Games or whatever it is)? If so you might need to either move or install it elsewhere (I use C:\Program\Irrational Games). As I understand it Vista adds a certain amount of additional security protocols to both of the standard program files directories, which cause all kinda of nasty issues for me.

Also, if you right click the .exe and go into properties, you can check something that will open it as administrator by default. Vista won't do so on it's own.
