Okay, I was scoping a mesh for the Iron Avengers version of The Wasp, finally got all the parts in place, and they don't seem to be moving about at random in CTool, but there are three problems:

While the parts don't move at random the mesh does. In some animations, the whole figure swings wildly up and donw or side to side, but the feet don't "move". If it was in game, the figure would sometimes be below the ground leve and at times be standing in mid air.

There are two little "bogies" in the picture , like plastic blocks or toys floating in the air. I've seen things like them before, and I usually open up Nifscope and "hide" them and that's the end. They do not seem to show up in Nifscope.

I used two copies of the Square Quiver from TVF for the nacelles connecting to the rockets on her back. The rockets are fine, but only one of the quivers shows up. I checked and it's not "hidden" or anything. It can't be because ther was already one "quiver"; there was already one rocket and both of thme show up.

Got rid of all the Niskininstances on the scoped pieces.

Any idea what I did wrong?

Just a wild guess, perhaps it is because of the keyframes.  How does your mesh look if you open it up in Ctool, but without keyframes?

Without keyframes the wayward nacell is back, and the bogies are gone. I guess I need to give it some different KF.
