I absolutely have no idea.

The thing that's throwing me off are the blue resistance bubbles.  I don't ever recall a mod with recolored bubbles being released, so there might be some personal modifications thrown in.

They're all custom meshes.  They were downloaded from a variety of places.

It's ELECTRO's video,  he's a forum member here,  you might want to ask him how he replaced the resistance bubbles,  but i think that can be achieved by messing with the fonts settings.  like how Conduit added Matrix fonts to his mods.
