is photoshop whats used to make skins or recolor an existing skin?if so is it downloadable or do i have to buy it?is it easy to learn?help me out guys/gals!

Photoshop is a tool you can use, but it is expensive.  You can get a 30 day demo to download if you only need for a one shot deal, but otherwise, there are other options...

These are both free paint programs you can download which will do probably everything you need.
