i think you need to rename one of the skin folders "standard".
how do you make ingame videos like that?

i dont think that is folder name problem,folder names is STANDARD ,but characters textures still not works,some alternate skins works fine,programm i used to make video is FRAPS

With those meshes you showed the standard skin IS grey not a real skin. That's sometimes done because the game renders the standard skin with less detail than named skins
