Sky king problem

when im on the mission to rescue a hero sky king moves but he doesnt have animation, what could be the problem

That's happened to me before. It sounds like your keyframes.kf file is either missing, in the wrong folder, or isn't compatible with the mesh you're using. See http://www.alexff.com/meshtips.php
