Need help of a skoper

Hi, guys.
I need help with a custom character I'm trying to do.
I skoped the hair, but cannot skope a cape. I tried about five different capes, all them "float" every time the guy moves. Tomato was kind enough to give me tips, but I failed, failed and failed...

Since my skope abilities are non-existents, would a real skoper be kind enough to help me?
I would send the files and the good soul would just paste the cape the right way.

Double check your keyframes, too. Not all caped meshes are compatable with all cape-using keyframes.

Which reminds me that I need to get Male Cape Points69 because I don't have the right keyframes-the cape waves, but does not move with the figure with whatever KF I am using.

I tried with 3 or 4 different keyframe sets, it never worked.
Anyway, Laughing Paradox did the skope for me (thanks again, LP!!!).
