ff on windows vista seeking advice...

im about to have ff come in the mail.i know the following but was wanting to see if there is other advice out there.

1-run in xp compatabilty
2-my computer is always in adminastrator mode
3-i have the ff 1.3 beta patch

is there anything else i need to know about.

i forgot to mention i have 3 old games on my pc that work great:
1-morrowind
2-neverwinter nights
3-warcraft 3
