Beyond Max 5.1

I know that NifTools never cease to evolve.
Does the 3ds max plug-ins concerning Freedom force (2) are fully fonctionnal with recent Max version? (Past max 5.1?)

I remember seeing FF & FFVTTR export options in max 7 (or maybe it was max 2008).Does the characters exported from recent max version are fully fonctionnal in game?

It's been a few months since I experimented but my last experience was a failure. JP might have had better luck though.
