Interesting new GR tidbits

The most interesting things are that all ATs will apparently be getting APP, including the villain side ones.  Heroes that have at some point completed a Patron arc can still access all villain PPP.

Kinetic Melee's powers all do both energy and smashing damage.  They also have a power (Energy Siphon) that makes all the other powers buff the user.  And the various buffs stack with themselves.

Also, Hammy's an Incarnate.
