Help a layman fix two meshes?

Hey, guys...I have run into a problem twice now & would like to ask for help. I have two meshes that don't allow the character to be picked, to attack w/ anything during a game. It's like they're invisible. I've tried every part of the character & right clicking gives me nothing but "GROUND". However, they do react to stuff happening around them. Someone noted that it's a problem w/ the NIF & you can do this & that. I have absolutely no graphics experience, so I'd like to ask someone if they'll fix these two meshes. One is Storm_Trooper & the other is Ra_keys. I'm happy to send you a gift certificate to your favorite restaurant or store, of course. You guys have an awesome level of skill & I know you could easily be compensated for your talents. I greatly appreciate it. Hope this isn't against some forum rule.

I believe your old topic was "Invincible meshes" or something like that. As for the actual problem, I don't know how to fix it. Sorry about that

Send them to me, i'll add a bounding box to them and hopefully that is all they need.
