Permissions Question

I have taken the pulse rifle off Male Belt Pulse Rifle (readme file says the author is not known-it came from The Hub) and put it on Beyonder's Male Basic Rifle. My intention is to put my Hydra Soldier skin on it. The only reason I moved the pulse rifle is that MBPR has some problems, and while the gun does not sit right on MBR, it seems to work better.

Is there any reason I should not release it?
