Needing help

1.I hope somone can help me.I been playing with Blender and Nifskope and I can't figure out for the life of me to get the skins on them when I'm done when I go to Character tool nothing.
2.Wow I am having another issue.After using Blender for a couple of days now for every mesh I try to import it telling me;"Error Python Script error"Also:Layer not Found.Even on Meshes I have imported before can someone help me out please.What do those terms mean and how can I fix it.

i know with number 2.. your settings are wrong on import, i just went thru this yesterday..
