What mesh is the Livewire on? What does the "Read Me" file say?

I have a Livewire that seems to be a package from C6; a hex edited Storm/Ink mesh and skin. Unfortunately, all I cna find right now is FFv3R, but I must have the other one (on a disk someplace).

Either that, or it's the Marvel villain who is a cowboy.
