is there any skins or mesh of a character that has the ability to grow into a giant size version of himself? for FFVT3R?

Tommy has size-changing keyframes. They may only work wiht one of his meshes. He also has some Male Basic and Male Cape keyframes that are for different sized charactes, and you could use the Shape-Shifter attribute to switch back and forth between normal and enlarged versions.

Look in the Mods and Goodies; there is EZ Nif Converter. It's fairly easy to use.

While you are there, Alex's place has a lot of other stuff you can probably use.

TexasJack's Atom mesh also grows during some melee actions, but he starts off being very tiny.
