Trouble installing Tommyboy's LSH mod for FFVTTR

I run windows 7,  itself works fine, I have no other mods installed. I downloaded the six files for the mod then ran the "create" file that merged them. But then the merged file won't run, it just keeps saying "this file contains invalid data". The mod files are the only ones in this folder, and the file size for it is the sum of the other files' sizes. I'm out of troubleshooting ideas, so any suggestions would be most appreciated.

As an update, I've tried a few other mods that have worked fine, and tried downloading all the mod files again. I tried compatability mode. Every time I run the "create lsh mod" program, it creates a mod file, but it's an application instead of a normal mod folder. I tried running it ("it" being the app created by the create mod program) multiple times, but all that happened was I got the message "file contains invalid data". I can't open the file location for it or extract the files. I don't have a clue what to do next. Any ideas?
