Starro face fish FX?

I could have sworn I saw a "starfish on the face" FX somewhere. Does anyone know where it is?

I believe that the "Male_Basic_Starro" mesh was by Ow_Tiobe. I can't find a link for it though. However, I do know that Daglob previewed a bunch of skins for it, you could try sending him a PM to see if he could send you what he has.

I've thought about making an effect like that, where little Starros were thrown at a target. What I wanted to do was have Starro summon some of his fishy faced slaves. I've done a gold-masked GL for The Areilaist to summon. Did a cut-rate GL with the bare minimum abilities. I'd like to have an effect that isntead of the present hypnotic effect a starfish was on the character's face, but I sure don't know how to do that.

That's what I was thinking, daglob ... a Starro "effect" for characters that are hypnotised where, instead of the swirly hypnotic effect, a little starfish is attached to the head/top of the hypnotised character.

I thought I'd seen a preview image of someone working on it, but maybe I just saw the skin Cyber Burn described.

I had actually tried to make a Flying Starfish FX a while back, but I failed miserably. Maybe one of the better FX'ers/Skopers would be willing to try and come up with something.

Tiobe already did the starfish; I'm pretty sure that if someone knew what they were doing (which excludes me), they could do something with him.

Yeah, I had tried skoping the starfish onto a Captain America shield...I failed miserably.
