Look like male basic with male_basic_swimming keyframes by Gren.

Thanks for the reply!  Actually, I should have been more clear.  The mesh has a particle effect that looks like water/bubbles around the character.  It's hard to see in the picture unfortunately.  The keyframes are definitely swimmer/Triton.

The mesh may be Beyonder's "Human_Torch" mesh, the skin, however, I have never seen before.

Wonderraver - There are a few different meshes that will work. You can alter the FX file in Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or whatever to make them look like bubbles instead of flames. If you can't do it yourself, I can do it for you.

There is a character called The Uncola (who was, I thought at FX Force, Maybe Alex's Freedom Fortress? Lightning Man, maybe?) who had a bubble "flame" effect. He was part of a team, Cola Man, Professor Pepper, multicolor Jolts, Vanilla and Diet Vanilla Coke, and the like.

Copy the "fire" from The Uncola to the skin directory of the swimmer, and there you go...
