Character Tool 2 Crashing

As of yesterday my character tool has started crashing after a few seconds of viewing any character. It just says that it's ran into a problem and has to close. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but that didn't help. I haven't made any notable changes to my computer.
Any one encounter this before or have any suggestions?

EDIT: I set it to Run As Administrator and that seems to have fixed it. Strange that I needed to do that now but at least it's working now.

thats really weird mine has just started doing the same thing

I suspect it might have been a Windows update or something like that. A couple other things seemed to have their settings reset on my computer.
