Help

I dont know if this is a Modder or a Mesher question but In ffedit I'll place an item and I'll see in the "Edit in game" but then when I'll save it run it in game and it disappears...????

I'll check back in "Edit in Game"abd now its disappeared from there as well..Anyone know why???
