On the bottom of the main page the site tells you the most people online for the day. Usually it around 70 or so,

Today, on 1/11/2023 - its 550?

Probably bot attacks....or such....

In the past it was assumed that they were site indexing bots, such as from Google or the Internet Archive.

That makes sense, an I had never thought of that.

Uptick in guests happening right now, in fact.....up to 400 or so doing "unknown actions"....very..interesting...hope it's site indexing bots...

they must be bots without a doubt.
Some google personal blogs also skyrocketed today a colleague told me. I don't know how it works but it sounds like that or an attack.

I wonder if the record a few years ago is the same thing? I would guess "yes" now.
