i have a skope 99% complete but i need some help, i'm trying to transfer kf's of tj's jack o lantern, the one where he throws his head. I want to shrink the head down and transfer these animations to my skope, can anyone help and i'll send you the skope

Just for clairification, you want to get rid of the head(shrink it down to .0000)?
